VLADEY presents the first personal exhibition by Dmitry Aske within the framework of the «Artist of the Week» program.
The series of plywood reliefs «Reality 2.0», created in the recognizable style of the artist, affects the problems of the digital age. Today, the Internet is literally the second reality, it engenders dependence on endless self-presentation and the desire to observe other people. The artist suggests that the viewers should look at themselves from outside, and to assess how much we are immersed in virtual space, and how much new technologies are changing us.
