Victor Pivovarov 1935
Painter, graphic artist, writer. One of the founders of Moscow conceptualism. Invented the genre of a conceptual album together with Kabakov. Pivovarov is interested in the inner life of a man, the sacred. His works are rebuses, composed of reflections, real and fantastic images. The motifs of surrealism and book illustration prevail in his pictorial manner. Works are in the State Tretyakov Library, the Russian Museum.
