A representative of the «New Wave» in Russia. Studies in his works the state of ideological and psychological shifts, typical for the people of the post-Soviet period, uses cliches of mass culture. Creates paintings and graphics, objects using flags. His style of painting is characterised by a primitive style, the expression of color and lines, minimalism of shapes. Works are in the Russian Museum, the State Tretyakov Gallery.
