A former landscape painter, member of the «Mitki» art group. Switched to land art since the 00’s, becoming the leading representative of this genre in Russia. Creates land art, public art and sculptural installations from natural materials (hay, wood, vines). Monumental works are distinguishable by their grand scale and harmony with the landscape. Founder of the festival «Archstoyanie». Kandinsky Prize (2012) nominee.
