Artist
Lev Khesin 1981
Works by Khesin are voluminous paintings created from silicone mixed with pigment, which he puts in hundreds of layers on a wooden base. The rough tactility of works interacts with the transparent color. Hesin explores the perception of color spots, tactile senses appeal to knowledge and memory that can not be verbalized. His works are in the Till Richter Museum für Zeitgenössische Kunst (Buggenhagen).
