Egor Dmitriev 1981
Born in the family of artists Ivan Dmitriev and Lyudmila Blok, continues the realistic tradition of their art group «Russia» (1990's). His works consist of things that have frozen in nothingness, exist outside of time. A series of paintings of Soviet childhood consists of «portraits» of toys: a doll-nevalyashka or Cheburashka, made in a restrained palette. Moscow Biennale of Contemporary Art participant (2011).
