A photographer whose series revolve around the theme of social problematics. The dominating subjects of her documental shoots are domestic violence, the everyday life of underprivileged social groups, the realities of Russian cities and villages, the problems of national movements. Individual series make up a ‘Visual Russian Dictionary’ which reflects the important processes of contemporary society. Winner of the Canon Female Photojournalist Award (2015).
